Looking for a fun and creative way to celebrate your child’s big day? Turn any of our Kid-Friendly Projects into a hands-on birthday party experience! All the supplies and instruction are provided — you just bring the cake, gifts, and excited crafters. We make it easy and stress-free so you can enjoy the celebration too!

$30 and up per person (depending on project)
- Minimum: 8 participants
Time: about 1.5 hours for creativity and .5 hour for cake and gifts

A $140 deposit is required to reserve your date.
Prepayment for all guests is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
The host is responsible for the total event payment unless other arrangements are made.

How to Book Your Event
To reserve your event, please call (tele: 512-585-6717) us to confirm that your desired date and time are available. We recommend visiting the Crafting Emporium in person to choose the project your guests will create. Please note: one project type per party is required. While individual pieces can vary in appearance, they must all be based on the same core project.
During your visit, we’ll go over the available space, project options, and any limitations. At that time, you can secure your reservation with a non-refundable deposit of $140. Two weeks before your event, you must call to provide your final guest count. You will be charged based on this confirmed number. For example, if you confirm 14 guests, you will be billed for 14 participants—even if fewer attend.

Scheduled Classes & Workshops
Your workstation will be fully stocked with all the tools and materials you need. Whenever possible, we’ll offer you the chance to customize your project by selecting alternate materials that match your preferred colors, style, and embellishments.
Love blue? Prefer purple? Is your vibe shabby chic or modern minimalism? Whatever your taste, your finished project will seamlessly complement your living space!

Welcome to Ms. Audrey’s Crafting Emporium!
Thanks to the generosity of the Louisville community and their donations, we’re thrilled to offer a studio filled with materials and tools for your creative projects.
Our flat fee for Walk-in and Open Crafting includes:
- Materials
- Access to tools
- Light instruction, if needed
- Complete clean-up (a perk you’ll love!)
Pricing:
- $20 for Standard Open Crafting – Great for kids or adults that are a little overwhelmed with the many options.
- $40 for Premium Open Crafting – For those that do not fear creativity and the possibilities.
Come solo or bring friends! Explore the many project ideas displayed around the shop, or browse our small library of reference materials for inspiration. The Crafting Emporium is a safe, welcoming space where creativity knows no limits. No experience is needed—just bring your imagination and a desire to have fun! Crafting here is about more than just creating; it’s an opportunity to socialize, learn, and explore in a supportive environment.
